Do a curl (or your.NET equivalent) on each domain, and see how many are running a Windows server: I think you’ll find the fraction very small. I was at a startup AND I developed an evented I/O server with pluggable protocol handlers AND it was capable of handling the c10k problem AND I did this back in 2006 with C# on.NET 2.0
