The most interesting company to present was The Coop , a modern, design-focused, indoor-outdoor children’s playspace in Los Angeles. Banks often have operating covenants for their loans that require the company to be hitting plan, or close to it. Note that this is more expensive than buying a tree.

If you can, design for circumstances where, once youre ready to start talking about your idea, youre encouraging people to "disclose" your efforts.
