Along the way, I was hired full time (I believe about 8 months after I started), a coder from India was hired and another contractor was added to the team. You’d have to look at your stock options contract.

Eventually I was able to scrape up a few bucks and hired Sarah to build me a website prototype. Eventually Ill hire a software geek of my own, but right now Im doing just fine without one. Also hire offshore devs to assist you in building your product. I still dont have a technical co-founder and at this point - I dont need one.
