.   It is very expensive if you’re the entrepreneur since it doubles the cost to the company of paying dividends to the entrepreneur. A liquidation preference means that the investors receive their investment back (plus dividends) prior to a distribution of the proceeds to stockholders.   I’ve never seen it in practice.

They use geo/ip to work out where I am. It shows the normal distribution of XS, S, L etc, but it also shows, how cool is this, the Model's size (S in this case), her height, bust, waist and hip size!
