My basic claim is that you MUST HAVE LOTS OF EARLY CONVERSATIONS. What's also interesting in Niel's piece is that he defines Stealth Mode not as not having conversations, but rather he says it's not make public pronouncements. This will only be disclosed when there is an NDA in place. But let's leave that aside for a minute.

Should I require and NDA? Create a strong brand, solid social community, sell advertising. At the end of the conversation, ask them if they’d be willing to make an introduction. 1 page website w/ simple checkout, then add things as you feel it’ll help increase conversions. How can you find and assemble a team I can trust?
