Throughout the 30s, 40s, and 50s, these studies were apparently conducted by the hundreds; and by the 1960s, the benefits of the 40-hour week were accepted almost beyond question in corporate America. In these clearest of possible conditions the ship made a planned turn out of the shipping channel and didnt turn back in time.

Yet, we make it very difficult for immigrant entrepreneurs to pursue their dreams and build their companies in America. I'm shocked that there isn't more discussion about channeling more dollars towards this inmportant institution. Such household names as Google, Intel and eBay were started by at least one immigrant founder.
