A second learning for me with Expedia: Expedia was a holding company of a bunch of different operations – Expedia.com, Hotels.com, Travelscape – and Expedia.com was our biggest problem asset. So the norms that we have were a combination of bottoms-up and then some top-down leaning. Again, you know, we don’t have it perfect.
