I recently wrote a post on angel financing covering the topic of convertible notes but I realized I was thinking about the issue more from investor perspective and a very narrow topic of how to price the round. This post is for those who want to raise angel money. Differentiate. I’ll make my next posting shorter.

I think that the Series Seed documents are probably most appropriate in a friends and family equity seed financing, as opposed to a round led by a professional investor. To differentiate it from typical “Series A&# preferred stock, which comes with certain expectations with regard to rights. Name of security. Series Seed.
