I would like to propose a framework to categorize the different approaches seen on the market today. s needed to run an application in â??the I will start with the hardware and move up the stack until we end up with the actual applications. The end result is a framework with 3 columns and 6 layers as depicted in image 1.

Now, much ASP.Net web development is done using MVC, the Razor engine, or using other technologies like node.js, all enabling you the ability to use IDs. Maybe Backbone.js

Scoping the prpject down to something manageable is really hard. I am starting a big web project, and have been thinking about how to break it down into manageable chunks. Speaking from experience: My mate paid someone to build him a database-driven website. Even the best developers and clients can fall prey to this.
