If you are a first-time entrepreneur, I often recommend that you team with a co-founder with experiences, connections, and a skill set that complements, but doesn’t duplicate yours. If you live in the middle of nowhere, your chances of finding the right co-founder for your new high-tech startup are poor. Hire a lawyer.
