Customer Development We were starting Epiphany, my last company. I was out and about in Silicon Valley doing what I would now call Customer Discovery trying to understand how marketing departments in large corporations worked. In Customer Discovery we were learning as much from them as they did from us.

I have the vision, model and the core elements of the ideas established. I need a good reliable developer and also a mentor to help guide me through the process. Should I require and NDA? Don’t wait to fill the void before letting him go (but obviously get all the code / usernames / password). Then launch.
