I would add -- think of your development and running your business like a PM/Developer uses Agile or Scrum in software development. In this model, the product manager is really a backlog administrator. Lots of CEO’s tell me this is the model they’re in and it’s not working. If you think the product manager job is what’s described in a Certified Scrum Product Owner class, you almost certainly fall into this category.
