I too am looking for someone to work with that knows the manufacturing and distribution end of a solid product. There are only a tiny fraction of people who hit on all the right circumstances to go from prototype to hit in a straight trajectory. Twitter is an excellent distribution channel for us. (B) This happens a lot.

The programmer will probably not understand your business model, and therefore cant help you point out anything that doesnt make sense in the requirements. I also know someone else who consulted me about his website idea. Well as a programmer of many websites I find that it is easier for my clients to consult my ideas first.
