They need a stronger campaign about consumption rather than sending Tweets. Then came RSS ( Really Simple Syndication ) widely credited to Dave Winer for driving the spec & adoption. The delicious bookmarking was open so that anybody could see what you had bookmarked and commonly bookmarked things could rise to the top.
