In this post, I want to share some new thoughts that build on Steve’s post, and connect them to Lean Startup methods. However, I will then argue that while these methods are necessary to managing new ventures inside a company, they are insufficient. This suggests a further modification to Lean Startup: Get Upstairs in the Building.
