Good friend and blogging bada$$, @tobydiva , pointed me to this article on the NY Times entitled, “ World’s Largest Social Network: The Open Web “ The author, Randall Stross , is way, way off. Nor am I talking about the security concerns with moving people’s personal data outside of Facebook and onto the open web.

I now am the CEO and founder of Berri Properties in Asheville and Charlotte, NC. Although this was a huge disappointment, initially I wasn’t too concerned because I had a track record of securing jobs. But this time, despite all of my efforts, I wasn’t able to secure a job. 4- I was put in a position to fail.

Where as boutiques in Charlotte, NC can be found centered around each other with store frontage, we’re located in a secluded spot that isn’t easily found. When we finally decided to settle into a brick and mortar space, we didn’t look for the typical strip mall or boutique location.

Xeround was founded in 2005 by Sharon Barkai – founder of Sheer networks, which was eventually sold to Cisco , and Dr. Gilad Zlotkin – founder of Class Data, also sold to Cisco. Charlotte Yarkoni – a senior exec at Amdocs, was asked to take over as CEO, and see if she could turn Xeround into a sort of ‘mini Amdocs’.
