I don’t know any developers. In Meebo’s case, for example, I was lucky enough to partner up with Elaine and Sandy. Post launch, if you gain traction, is where the business person will help take the load off of the technical folks. No looking for partnerships (who’s going to partner with you anyway?). No phone system.
