In my case, I grew up in Connecticut and spent a fair amount of time in New York – all the while trying to start companies, relatively unsuccessfully. Industry-changing RDFs are probably impossible to hold by yourself, unless you are Steve Jobs looking at mobile phones. The ecosystem is just hard to beat.

One of the big issues that arose was that the site was not mobile friendly. We realized pretty quickly by hearing feedback from customers that having a mobile-friendly site was very important to them, which is something that we had, for whatever reason, not really paid any attention to.
