You may end up a company in the difficult position of having to scale back or become defensive, due to market evolution, management blunders, or any combination. But it will still be your company.

What is the best advice you can give for finding a business partner? Don’t quickly choose any business partner. Don’t wait to fill the void before letting him go (but obviously get all the code / usernames / password). The key is to ask the right people what they think – not your friends, parents or partner.
