Here’s a typical situation that goes awry: An entrepreneur has an idea for something online and after talking to a few friends who like it, decides to try to turn the idea into a business. Sign that person to an NDA if necessary. This is where it starts to fall apart. At this point, everyone loses. Rework it as necessary.

In my past 14 year journey as an online entrepreneur, I went through mistakes that I can’t help to notice that others also tend to make when they just started. Oh and by the way, typically angel investors don’t sign NDA (non-disclosure agreement), so they are most probably losing out on the cash too.
