One of the dangers of taking investment from individual angels,rather than through an angel group or investment firm, is that theyhave less reputation to protect. The fund managers, who are called"general partners," get about 2% of the fund annually as a managementfee, plus about 20% of the funds gains. Dont be misled by thisoptimism.
