Should I require and NDA? I can’t offer any amazing technology or IP, but I can solve a few problems by just doing it “right”, and not the way it’s being forced on people right now. All that being said, all equity allocation (giving) should be done with a 4 year vesting, 1 year cliff. Then launch.
