Chatting with CEO and cofounder Kaufer this week, I was reminded of the fact that the company started with a very different business model in mind. TripAdvisor founder Stephen Kaufer is the classic technical founder who has grown with the company to be the end-to-end leader. I prefer to keep it separate and give it some CEO love.
