Audrey Ring and Terri enjoying dinner during the December AJLI Board Meeting in Charlotte. In 2008, I moved to Austin, Texas and transferred to The Junior League of Austin. It’s rare that I see people like me- that’s to say, black men and women- in leadership positions, and when I do, it’s exhilarating. I truly love her like family.
