Don’t Even Ask for an NDA This just makes me laugh. If I can steal your idea by just hearing it, there is no defensible business model there. UPDATE: It is of course perfectly reasonable to ask for an NDA before giving away the super secret sauce. It means there actually might be a market for your idea.

I have the vision, model and the core elements of the ideas established. I need a good reliable developer and also a mentor to help guide me through the process. Should I require and NDA? Initially we had a different business model (an entire venue, track design, sleds, etc for $1 million+) which made it hard to sell.
