They have open-sourced their investment structure , now on version 3.0, In 2015, they invested $1m (out of OATV Fund III) in 8 companie s as a pilot. Indie VC has also created the INTRO product which automatically matches companies with a vetted network of non-dilutive funding options based on their financial data provided.
