Solution #1: At least once a week have a scrum meeting that absolutely everyone prioritizes. After the scrum, if time allows, hang out and catch up. The marketing and sales strategies to come would also be highly impacted on what direction the culture took. Measurable. Attainable. So far, we have hired one stranger (!)
