I think the title of this post is a TV show, but fitting as there has been much debate in the venture community as to the whether angel investors are good or bad for entrepreneurs and VCs. You may think that numbers and locations are the only thing to look out for, but in reality it is best to find the angel that fits you and then your situation. As always, keep these key principles in mind while looking for, and after you find an angel investor. Angels are typically only interested in opportunities local to them.

Nearly every major Silicon Valley venture-capital firm has now invested in a B Corp ; maybe you will be one of them! And of course, effectively all venture capitalists are going to require some equity for their investment. I emphasize my focus here is organizations which are backing for-profit companies and do not take equity.
