The market price is less than the inconvenience of signing an NDA. I wanted to work in the pure, intellectual world of software, not deal with customers mundane problems. Some believe only businesspeople can do this-- that hackers can implement software, but not design it. That shows how much a mere idea is worth.

Should I require and NDA? The only problem is I haven’t found a problem or an industry – web, enterprise software, green tech, etc – where I feel passionate. How I can find the right investor (software)? No investor cares about a business plan. How should I approach an angel investor?

Oh and by the way, typically angel investors don’t sign NDA (non-disclosure agreement), so they are most probably losing out on the cash too. You just a domain name, a web hosting account and online software, which could be free, thanks to open source. Fair enough, don’t tell me instead.
