For example, I type in for "trip to Hawaii" (not an esoteric destination) into Google. And you are guessing why store sales are down (and because of such a simple fix!). A search for "sales automation" shows a link for Zoho, leading me to the site below left. Owned audiences await. How crazy is that?

Before I started my business I went to a conference in Hawaii called Worthshop and one of the speakers was Jody Burr who talked about finding your inner CEO. We were in the midst of building our ecommerce store which does customised LEGO prints, and we needed a name. In the end the answer was right in front of us all along.
