The site lets users manage their campaigns, thank donors and even communicate with supporters.

Freshdesk First, Girish Mathrubootham from Chennai, India, pitched Freshdesk , a SaaS company that provides small and medium businesses with on-demand customer support software that offers multi-channel social support. Freshdesk introduces itself as a kind of Salesforce.com for customer support so to speak.

Also important: Only go for providers who have great reviews from many past customers. The programmer will probably not understand your business model, and therefore cant help you point out anything that doesnt make sense in the requirements. Would love to hear your insights sometime into how to partner with engineers.
