In moments of political despair, Amy reminds me that we have three branches of government. The first was a conversation Jason and I had with senior staffers of a non-Colorado senator. Hopefully, the Delaware courts will take a much less “troll-friendly” approach to things. This was reinforced by two things this week.

Put aside the frauds and hucksters — time and transparency will cause them to shake out — and obviously not every business model is a fit for an ICO. The hope is that the early stage investors select companies that have a business model that takes advantage of the growth in the community and the ecosystem around it.
