Or just the sheer power of people being able to self organize as they have done in Egypt, Iran or Tunisia. This turns out to be one of the real differentiators for Twitter. So while Facebook has other advantages, Twitter is in the driver’s seat for valuable data that can be openly interpreted and acted upon in business.
