Im trying to create a technology enabled recruiting service for an unproven business model. Even though the business is making money now, its still a big risk for anyone involved. Also hire offshore devs to assist you in building your product. Not business people, software engineers.

The programmer will probably not understand your business model, and therefore cant help you point out anything that doesnt make sense in the requirements. I also know someone else who consulted me about his website idea. Well as a programmer of many websites I find that it is easier for my clients to consult my ideas first.

But as any programmer will tell you (I’m one), any lucrative contract or full time job you can get, especially these days, will usually leave you so burnt out by the end of the day that the last thing you will want to do is sit down and bang out more code. Nosake From nothing to losing money every month with no business model in sight.
