So what does CTO mean, besides just "technical founder who really cant manage anyone?" So I initially gravitated to the CTO title, and not VP of Engineering.

It was also beneficial because I got some good experience with both B2B and B2C business models. to work on an entertainment-related technology project and have stayed ever since. In addition, I do a few consulting projects on the side, in the areas of product strategy, search engine optimization, and intellectual property.

They can make good money consulting or working as an employee of another company. Now, however, it really is time to have some dedicated partners on this project to build the vision, and I’m starting the search for technical co-founder again. Im trying to create a technology enabled recruiting service for an unproven business model. Even though the business is making money now, its still a big risk for anyone involved. I was basically a consultant without the payment and I basically got taken advantage of. You failed in your search and execution.
