Do you have any idea how sweet that salary will taste to them? Any reasonable founder salary I pay myself (I’m ball-parking $70k… maybe a bit less) will already be a higher salary than I’ve ever earned in my life. Firstly, these high demand developers probably are near impossible for me to get.
