Twenty eight years ago I was the bright, young, eager product marketing manager called out to the field to support sales by explaining the technical details of Convergent Technologies products to potential customers. In the last batch of startups we funded, we had several founders who said theyd thought of applying before, but werent sure and got jobs instead. We could hire employees, but we want to be forced to figure out how to scale investing. In essense, let the market design the product. Now the only threshold is courage.
