I find that one of my best sources of deal flow is from lawyers. He’s totally tapped into the startup communities in Silicon Valley and a bit in LA. For company registration, angel deals, Series A & B funding, Employee Stock Option Plans (ESOP), IP filings and even litigation it doesn’t need to be that way.
