Out of fairness, that’s why they wanted to hire me, to fix that issue. This is my least favorite thing in the world, being offered sweat equity in a corporate structure that is unnecessarily convoluted. Which country’s laws does the corporate entity operate under? It hasn’t worked out well for me.
