The design, albeit not intuitive at first, was beautiful and in weird ways very graceful. And they are trying to bake in user adoption into the design of the product. I wrote some answers and then quickly noticed alerts flashing gracefully across the top of the screen. So in a way it has built in game mechanics. New followers.

In Chris Dixon’s words, it wasn’t designed for normals. Enter Flash, which gave us a multimedia development environment. Flash is not supported, which means that all assets you’ve developed for the Internet that work in Flash are worthless for this device. It was slow. It was hard to use.
