Developer, engineer, CTO, or technical co-founder? Sooner or later, using PHP or RoR or.Net or some Java framework, that 0.5x Go as far as you can yourself, getting all your ideas down in a well through out design document, mock them out and even try to prototype it yourself, or with a designer, before looking for a developer.

In the project, they upload multiple documents to be translated. Each document has a from-language, to-language, and a name. The system counts how many words are in each document. The announcement shows how many documents, how many words, and a price. I also know someone else who consulted me about his website idea.

Although this was annoying for sysadmins, security consultants, and language purists (and for those who had proprietary modules that couldnt be bundled), it was a huge boon for developers. I didnt mean by this that Java programmers are dumb. In my role as a CTO, Ive always tried to choose the right tool for the right job.
