As a startup in Asia, the top 2 markets to start from are China , and India. However, they tend to be extremely difficult to navigate especially if you do not have a cofounder from and/or experience in that country. Global from day one (GD1). Brandtology, Stream Media (Movend), FlightOffice, Identifi etc. Consumer Facing B2C.

It was all technical. You know, the weird thing, Derek, and I should probably let you speak some time, but I was deeply technical when I went into Andersen consulting, and I got paid much less than engineers who graduated, because I had a degree in economics. They paid engineers $4,000 more entry-point.

The best composition is probably one engineer whose passion lies in the pixels on the screen and another engineer whose passion is making bits fly really fast through servers. Post launch, if you gain traction, is where the business person will help take the load off of the technical folks. Sorry, folks. So what is your point?
