It you have a great software engineer that’s awesome. Make sure you own your IP. Not worth it.

I was through no fault of my own, through no grand plan of my own afforded a number of opportunities to go to school and to do some really neat and interesting work as a computer engineer and then start a bunch of companies and have some success there. I have a bachelor's in computer science and computer engineering.
