On Facebook, viral distribution has proved decisive. Those companies who have learned to build apps that optimize the viral loop dominate in every category where they compete. So far, I dont see any apps that have much in the way of viral distribution. I think it dwarfs all other mobile platforms by an order of magnitude.

So I think at that point, in fact I've started looking into this and you actually can see the mobility in different Western countries dramatically go down after March 10th. So it's the first time in my life that I pushed this to all my networks as hard as I could, and I was also very aggressive on the viral mechanics that I plugged into it.
