As we walked through the Levensohn Vineyard last week with our viticulturist, Zach Berkowitz , and our vineyard manager, Stan Zervas , of Silverado Farming , Zach cut into a green berry from one of our vines. The coolest season was 2003, but now 1998 takes that category. A month ago, 2013 had the most GDD over the last 21 years.
