And these are people that we spent so much time to hire. We went through hundreds of thousands of resumes to hire those 1,900 people and we do so much to bring them in and to have to say goodbye to them, I'd say that was the hardest part. And of course, this is 2000. And last week I had to say goodbye to 1,900 people.
