During his time as CEO, he built a real sales department, rebuilt the executive team, and doubled the size of the company. At the time we began the search, I wouldn’t have believed how long the process would take. Conclusion.

I stayed up late every night after a day of meetings doing email until 3am so that I didn’t feel out of touch with our product and sales pipelines. I canceled my first ever extended family trip to Hawaii less than a week before going. Dinners were consumed with customers or in hotels and often past 10pm.
