Conversion rate is one of those metrics that I strongly encourage you only create benchmarks for from your own data. In my case I'm looking at Social Media (boss LOVES social!), The best way is to segment these metrics and then set individual targets for your most important segments. Direct Traffic (I get a lot of it!)
