I read through your archives almost religiously before branching out to other marketers. I call this a horizontal business model because instead of going deep in just one industry, the strategy is to move from market to market, creating websites and products to sell to unrelated industries until you have a small army of small income streams.

Moore’s bowling alley is another risk reduction mechanims as you build from a collection of verticals towards the horizontal market. They both have offer startups a path of getting it wrong often and early without go out of business.

You will sum them going into the horizontal market, so spread them out. Know that market transitions happen even in the horizontal market.

The bottom line is to keep information that is vital; question information that either is popular or has priority; archive and remove information that is neither.
