I previously posted a detailed presentation with sales technology tools useful for B2B sales. I’ve also experimented with using services which are marketplaces between LPs and GPs: CEPRES , DiligenceVault , FundVeil , Harvest Exchange , and Palico. Skype and Zoom are useful for video/audio conferences.
